Last Sunday 29th of May our guests could enjoy a wonderful evening outdoors with live music on our terrace.
The jazz group "Blues trio" of Victor Uris, a singer known not only on the island but also nationally, highlighting his performances with other singers of great renown in the country, came to play.
The live music, the panoramic views, the fantastic temperature on the island and the food of our chef Adrian Adamski were the perfect combination to enjoy a unique gastronomic and musical experience.
A tasting menu consisting of four courses was served:
1st Crispy croquettes of free-range chicken on pistachio and lime aioli.
2º Tortellini stuffed with meat with thyme sauce, rocket and cherry tomato.
3º Magret of duck (or John Dory) with creamy potato and parsnip, vegetables and tangerine sauce with tamarind.
4º Dark chocolate mousse with red fruits, crunchy caramel and lime.
